Alexis Diaz

Alexis Diaz – “Lex” – is Burlington Spine & Rehab’s Office Manager and the glue that holds this office together. From IT and HR issues to interacting directly with attorneys or negotiating with insurance companies. With her years of experience and honed knowledge in the realm of NJ auto, she has become “PI-literate”. Her medicolegal expertise allows her to be a conduit between the attorney’s office and the doctor’s office. She quietly and confidently keeps the doctors and her team on track with what they’re supposed to be doing. As a patient advocate, Lex is compassionate and empathetic yet firm and fair. She is the patient’s go-to person for questions concerning such things as auto/health insurance, work/school letters, disability forms, etc. Originally from Beverly, Lex is very helpful in addressing any questions from patients, staff, and other offices regarding the greater Burlington area. She is that person that every office needs to sail smoothly. If she’s not here for a day or two, it’s a surprise we don’t run aground.

When not running the office, Lex’s time is devoted to her world – her two children. Lex is also very creative, and her creativity comes through in her art, with painting being her primary hobby.
